ORDER PLACEMENT, VERIFICATION AND CANCELLATION

5.1. Order Verification Protocol: To protect against fraudulent bookings and Return-to-Origin (RTO) courier losses, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders placed through our checkout or 1-Click fast order form may undergo an automated or manual telephone/SMS verification check.

5.2. Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

Orders suspected of automated bot placement or fraudulent intent.
Orders containing unverified or incomplete delivery addresses.
Orders originating from phone numbers with a documented history of deliberate courier rejection or abuse.
Scenarios where product stock has been depleted.

5.3. Customer Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order by contacting our customer support team via WhatsApp (+92 300 0064004) prior to courier dispatch. Once your order has been booked and a courier consignment number (CN) is generated, dispatch has commenced and the order can no longer be cancelled.

FULFILMENT, DELIVERY AND COURIER HANDLING

6.1. Logistics Partners: Orders are fulfilled and dispatched across Pakistan using authorized third-party logistics and courier providers (including Leopards Courier, Trax, PostEx, and Rider).

6.2. Transit Timelines: Standard delivery timelines range between 2 to 4 business days for major urban centers, and 4 to 6 business days for regional/rural locations. These timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays caused by weather conditions, public holidays, or courier logistics disruptions.

6.3. Title and Risk of Loss: The title and risk of loss for all purchased goods pass to the customer upon physical handover of the parcel by the courier delivery agent.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

7.1. Cash on Delivery (COD): Customers selecting COD agree to have the exact invoice amount ready in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for payment to the courier rider upon delivery. Opening the sealed product package prior to making payment to the courier agent is strictly prohibited under courier industry standards.

7.2. Advance Electronic Payments: Direct bank transfers, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or debit/credit card payments must be fully authorized and settled before shipment processing commences.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

8.1.
